The famed post-rock figures will perform concerts in Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane, Wellington and Auckland.
David Pajo and Mick Turner have announced plans to embark on a tour of Australia and New Zealand in 2026.
Commencing in early October, the joint itinerary will comprise six dates and see the two musicians – each venerated both for their solo outputs and tenures of membership with a number of seminal rock bands including Slint, Stereolab, Tortoise and Dirty Three – perform live in Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne, Brisbane, Wellington and Auckland. Tickets for the tour’s Australian dates will be available to purchase from 10th July whilst tickets for both New Zealand concerts will be available to purchase from 14th July.
David Pajo released his latest solo album as Papa M entitled Ballads Of Harry Houdini in 2024. Meanwhile Mick Turner’s latest album with Dirty Three entitled Love Changes Everything also released in 2024, followed by the release of albums from Bleak Squad and Mess Esque in 2025.
