The enigmatic Brooklyn multi-genre group’s SOTC “II” will arrive on 11th September.
Standing On The Corner have announced the release of a new album.
SOTC “II” is scheduled for arrival through XL Recordings on 11th September and will mark the enigmatic Brooklyn multi-genre collective’s third full-length release to date. The successor to 2017’s widely praised Red Burns initially surfaced last year in typically elusive fashion, made available to purchase on DVD format in person from a location in proximity to Times Square on short notice and with an extremely limited one-day window. The forthcoming album features fifteen songs written and recorded by bandleader Gio Escobar, Jack “Wacko” Nolan, Buz “Man-man” Donald, and Clérida “Ca$h Clay” Eltimé, supported by a number of guest appearances from the likes of Danny Brown, Ladybug Mecca, Sonia Sanchez, Solange and Styles P.
