Best Kept Secret announce 2023 lineup

Aphex Twin, Jockstrap, The Mars Volta, Unknown Mortal Orchestra and The Voidz feature among the Hilvarenbeek festival’s first wave of recruits.

Best Kept Secret have revealed the first round of musical acts set to appear at their forthcoming 2023 edition.

Since forming in 2013 the Netherlands-based event has become established as a fixture of the European festival circuit, praised for its eclectic programming that platforms longstanding and rising names from the realms of alternative music in equal measure. Pixies, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Kraftwerk, Radiohead, LCD Soundsystem, Mew, Swans, Earl Sweatshirt, BADBADNOTGOOD, Spiritualized, Deerhunter, Death Grips, black midi, Kaitlyn Aurelia Smith, Connan Mockasin and Fat White Family feature among the wealth of names booked to perform at the festival’s previous editions.

Set to return to Hilvarenbeek’s Beekse Bergen between June 9th and 11th, the festival’s latest iteration boasts an impressive and far-reaching lineup led by the likes of Aphex Twin, Interpol, The Mars Volta, Unknown Mortal Orchestra and The Voidz.

Also included within the swathe of names comprising Best Kept Secret’s 2023 first wave lineup announcement are Black Country, New Road, The Comet Is Coming, Jockstrap, Kevin Morby, Kurt Vile, Sudan Archives and Tinariwen among others.
