New York MC Wiki partners with Spotify for new mini documentary

The clip detailing life after Ratking and XL arrives alongside news of an Oofie vinyl release.

Wiki has partnered with major streaming platform Spotify for a new mini documentary.

Arriving on the heels of the New York MC’s second full-length album Oofie – and first since departing from the roster longtime label XL Recordings – the clip details his past, his motivations, the reasons behind choosing to operate independently and how the support of Spotify has positively impacted his global reach.

Watch below.

Alongside the clip comes news of a planned vinyl release for Oofie. The project presented the revered musician in a new-found juncture of maturity, with artfully communicated reflections and occasional heartfelt lament bolstered by stylistically broad production and guest appearances from NYC cohorts Princess Nokia and Your Old Droog.
