With the sixtieth birthday of Soho jazz club Ronnie Scott’s on the horizon, the legendary venue have announced a street party in celebration of the milestone.

With over half a century of providing a platform to budding talent and world famous artists alike under its belt, the London institution has cemented its place as one of Europe’s most noteworthy music venues. Remaining in its current location since 1965, Ronnie Scott’s will take over its home of Frith Street in the heart of Soho on July 20th for an all ages, free entry street party.

Set to perform at the soirée are award-winning contemporary jazz innovator Nubya Garcia, Pee Wee Ellis and his Funky Assembly and seven piece latin ensemble Eliana & La Evolucion.

The street party precedes wider birthday celebrations as the club prepare for a takeover of London’s esteemed Royal Albert Hall later in the year.
