A music video for Tyler, The Creator’s ‘See You Again’ has arrived. The visual is directed by Tyler under his long-running Wolf Haley moniker and features appearances from ASAP Rocky and Kali Uchis, who originally featured on the love sick album cut.
The military themed visual – which bears imagery and a colour palette akin to the work of Wes Anderson – begins with Tyler looking forlorn aboard a navy ship with ASAP Rocky, before zooming out to reveal the Flower Boy musician’s view of Uchis who is stranded at sea. From there the nautical imagery continues until the 2:15 mark, where the video flips to a frame where Tyler stands, adorned in a ghost white bed sheet and bucket hat as a tyre swings in the background and ‘Where This Flower Blooms’ plays above. The clip ends as the bed sheet is removed to reveal a swarm of bees attacking the camera lens.
