Confirmed performers for the celebrated Somerset event’s reprisal include Chat Pile, Oathbreaker, TTNG, Humanfly, HAAL and more.
ArcTanGent have announced the first wave lineup for their forthcoming 2026 edition.
The celebrated Somerset event will make their ever-keenly awaited return next Summer over four days between August 19th and 22nd, stationed once more at the grounds of Fernhill Farm in the outskirts of Bristol with a programme that boasts UK exclusive performances, reunions and more. Among the initial recruits for ArcTanGent’s 2026 edition are confirmed appearances from Oklahoma City noise rock quartet Chat Pile, Ghent post-metal titans Oathbreaker, Oxford math rock trio TTNG, newly reformed Leeds prog merchants Humanfly and Thurston Moore-endorsed Bristol locales HAAL. Further lineup announcements in the coming months will include confirmation of headlining acts aligned for the festival’s 2026 return.
Long-revered as a bastion of experimental and left-leaning rock music within the UK’s annual festival calendar, in previous years ArcTanGent has played host to the likes of Bossk, Converge, The Dillinger Escape Plan, Giraffes? Giraffes!, Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Joan Of Arc, mouse on the keys, Rolo Tomassi and Shellac.
Festival organiser James Scarlett shares of his long-running event’s forthcoming edition,
“The demand for ArcTanGent 2026 tickets has truly been unprecedented, with over half our tickets sold in the first 2 weeks of them being on sale. Fans will have to wait a little bit longer before we can announce our headliners, but we’re so excited for the exclusives, reformations and special sets we’ve already cooked up – Early Bird tickets are running low so if you want to lock in for another vintage ArcTanGent, don’t sleep!”
