The long-running June Of 44 collaborators will perform live concerts in Chicago, Milwaukee and Minneapolis in support of their newly announced 7″ single.

American underground rock veterans Jeff Mueller and Sean Meadows have launched a new collaborative project named Flowting Clowds.
The latest joint venture to emerge from a fruitful and decades long creative partnership, Mueller and Meadows – separately lauded for their participation in such influential bands as Lungfish, Rodan, Shipping News and The Sonora Pine – first came to prominence in a collaborative capacity for their roles leading the revered Louisville post-hardcore quartet June Of 44 over the course of four albums released between 1995 and 1999. Through their newly established moniker the duo’s debut single Earth, Sun, Moon / There are Rivers comprises a cover of the English rock band Love And Rockets and an original composition, the former setting forth a glacially paced quietude unique to their shared discography whilst the latter deftly recalls the angular math rock sensibilities for which they are best known. Out digitally today, the single will subsequently receive a limited 7” vinyl release in November with accompanying launch shows held in Chicago, Milwaukee and Minneapolis to follow.
