The Jesus Lizard return with new single

‘Cost Of Living’ follows on from the band’s recently released seventh album Rack.

The Jesus Lizard have reemerged for the release of a new single.

Out digitally today ‘Cost Of Living’ arrives in the midst of a prolific year for the long-sequestered American noise rock vets, following onward from the recent release of their first full-length album in over twenty-five years and preceding the commencement of a tour itinerary encompassing runs of performances in the USA and Europe. Frontman David Yow explains of the band’s latest offering

“Simply because I wrote the words to ‘Cost Of Living’ doesn’t mean that I know exactly what it’s about. I think it has to do with the dread and self-loathing that addicts experience on a very regular basis. You can pick whichever type of addict you choose.”
