The Washington indie rock luminaries will revisit their breakthrough 2004 album beginning in October.
Modest Mouse have announced plans to embark upon a North American tour in late 2024 celebrating the twentieth anniversary of Good News For People Who Love Bad News.
The newly revealed run of shows will commence in October and find the seminal Washington indie rock troupe revisiting their breakthrough 2004 album with support from The Black Heart Procession in cities including Seattle, Portland, Oakland, Los Angeles, Denver, Chicago and New York City.
Singer-guitarist Isaac Brock first alluded to tentative plans for the looming tour within an interview feature published by Rolling Stone in April of this year. Whilst finer details remain unconfirmed at present, during his conversation with Rolling Stone Brock stated his intent to regroup the album’s contributing members – including guitarist Dann Gallucci, bassist Eric Judy and drummer Benjamin Weikel – for tour dates aligning with the milestone anniversary.
