Unwound announce New Plastic Ideas 30th anniversary concerts

The band’s trio of performances will take place in Seattle, Vancouver and Portland.

Unwound have announced plans for a series of concerts celebrating the recent thirtieth anniversary of their landmark sophomore album New Plastic Ideas.

The venerated Washington post-hardcore outfit’s trio of performances will take place in Seattle, Vancouver and Portland between October 17th and 19th, orchestrated by Numero Group with support from as yet unannounced guests. Tickets for the newly announced concerts will be available to purchase from May 31st at 10am.

Unwound’s latest full-length studio album Leaves Turn Inside You released in 2001. A fruitful partnership forged with Numero Group in 2013 has since seen the band’s discography receive a comprehensive vinyl reissue campaign.
