Fat White Family have announced the release of a new album.
Forgiveness Is Yours marks the South London institution’s fourth album following onward from 2019’s Serfs Up! and will release on April 26th once more in collaboration with notable independent imprint Domino. Though the cult band’s first full-length effort to materialise in five years, the extended interim period saw the release of a widely praised publication from frontman Lias Saoudi charting the band’s trials and tribulations entitled Ten Thousand Apologies: Fat White Family And The Miracle Of Failure.

“Forgiveness Is Yours is about life as eternal contingency…about no longer suspecting, but knowing that this shit will never get any easier…in fact, it’s about to get a whole lot worse, your body’s going to go into decay and the people you love will slowly start dropping dead around you…but somehow, you’ve smashed enough of your expectations thus far in life, you’re sort of fine with it…you accept it.”
