Limited physical editions of the trio’s Subtle Movements are available to pre-order now.

Surya Botofasina, Nate Mercereau and Carlos Niño have reconvened for the release of a collaborative album.
Entitled Subtle Movements, the ensemble’s newly released album comprises a series of improvisations recorded over a two year period at studio facilities in California, Oregon and Zaandam, Netherlands and represents the first fully realised document of their creative efforts forged within a trio format. Helming keyboards, guitar and drums and percussion respectively, Botofasina, Mercereau and Niño have collaborated within varying configurations at a prolific rate since 2021, most recently forming the core group of instrumentalists accompanying the venerated André 3000 on his 2023 debut solo album New Blue Sun.
