Pitchfork Music Festival have announced looming plans for expansion with a new event set to unfold in Mexico City next year.
The festival’s inaugural edition will take place across multiple music venues between March 4th and 9th, joining the publication’s existing calendar of live music events that comprises chapters in Chicago, London and Paris.
In succession of the festival’s recent announcement today Pitchfork have revealed the event’s first wave lineup with Godspeed You! Black Emperor, King Krule, billy woods both solo and alongside Elucid as Armand Hammer, Kelela and Sky Ferreira amongst scheduled performers. Participating music venues include Foro Indie Rocks!, Frontón Bucareli, FÜNK and Yu Yu.
