Amor De Frances will collect fifty-seven full-albums of solo material and collaborations with the likes of Damo Suzuki, John Frusciante and Lydia Lunch.
Puerto Rican songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer Omar Rodríguez-López has announced a comprehensive reissue campaign of his solo discography.
Amor De Frances is stated to span the prolific musician’s output as a solo artist from 2004 to present day, collecting fifty-seven full-length albums of material inclusive of works made in collaboration with Can’s Damo Suzuki, John Frusciante and Lydia Lunch and two previously unreleased albums. Of the albums included thirty-one will be made available on vinyl format for the first time. The newly announced reissue campaign will be overseen by German independent label Clouds Hill Recordings who previously helmed the long-awaited return of The Mars Volta‘s discography to vinyl and have maintained a close relationship with Rodríguez-López in recent years.
Priced at €1.499,00, Amor De Frances will be available to pre-order from October 30th with a subsequent pre-order option for individual albums included within the box set following on December 1st. Learn more about Amor De Frances here.
