Sony Japan will return For You, Ride On Time and more to vinyl this year.
A number of works from lionised Japanese singer-songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and producer Tatsuro Yamashita are set to receive the reissue treatment in 2023.
Helmed by Sony Japan, the newly announced campaign will see eight of the city pop fixture’s albums returned to vinyl, encompassing It’s a Poppin’ Time, Ride on Time, Greatest Hits! Of Tatsuro Yamashita, Circus Town, Spacy, Go Ahead!, Moonglow, and For You.
Collectors are given the option to purchase the albums as a bundle or individually, which have each been remastered and pressed to 180g black vinyl in Japan.
