Deerhoof announce new album, share single

Miracle-Level will mark the venerated San Francisco group’s first album to be sung entirely in Japanese.

Deerhoof have announced the release of a new album.

Miracle-Level will mark the venerated and prolific San Francisco collective’s nineteenth album to date and two firsts for the longstanding group, being both their first full-length project to be fully recorded in a studio setting and their first to be sung entirely in Japanese. The album was tracked last July over the course of two weeks with engineer and producer Mike Bridavsky at No Fun Club in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

In succession of the album’s arrival Deerhoof will embark upon a North American tour that encompasses stops in Toronto, Montreal, New York, Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago and more.
