Archy Marshall, Jadasea and Pretty V have teamed for the creation of a new project named Aqrxvst.
The group’s debut offering, Aqrxvst Is The Band’s Name comprises three tracks and was discreetly released to Soundcloud and YouTube this week, excavating realms of sprawling ambience and warbled post-punk grit.
Though Aqrxvst Is The Band’s Name marks the trio’s debut release under their newly adopted moniker, Marshall and Jadasea have a longstanding history of creative collaboration that spans a number of years. In addition to both being members of Sub Luna City, in 2019 Marshall contributed production to Jadasea’s half-life EP under his Edgar The Beatmaker alias.
