SAULT have released five albums of new music as a password-protected digital download, which the group state will be available to those who can crack the code for just five days.
The adulated and prolific UK collective revealed the news through Instagram, describing the wealth of new material as ‘an offering to God’.
Accessed through their official website, a ZIP file contains five albums entitled (Untitled) God, 11, AIIR, Earth and Today & Tomorrow which – in typical SAULT fashion – skilfully encompass myriad stylistic realms from fuzzed-out funk and contemplative soul to enveloping orchestral arrangements. In keeping with their longstanding anonymity the group have not provided a listing of album credits, however those with a discerning ear will hear contributions from usual suspects such as Cleo Sol and Little Simz amongst the featured material.
