Formidable Swedish psych rock collective Goat have announced the release of a new album.
Oh Death is set for arrival on October 21st through Rocket Recordings and follows on from the group’s widely applauded 2016 album Requiem, which at the time of its release was slated to be their last. The forthcoming project’s announcement is led by the unveiling of its lead single ‘Under No Nation’. Speaking of the song Goat explain,
“This year, GOAT were invited to the Gods annual feast at the ‘Round Table of Funk’. After a very wet evening, and after GOAT was pretty funked up, we were handed the manuscript to ‘Under No Nation’, and ordered to play this divine ‘funk’ to the humans – as the gods felt the human spirit is in deep need to get grooving properly again!”
