Stream Black Country, New Road’s sophomore album

Ants From Up There marks the band’s final project with singer/guitarist Isaac Wood.

London’s Black Country, New Road have released their keenly awaited sophomore album.

Ants From Up There arrives just one year after their critically acclaimed debut album For The First Time and marks singer/guitarist Isaac Wood’s final project with the group following the announcement of his amicable departure several days ago.

An exceptional evolution, the album applies skilful contouring to the urgent and dynamic palette of its successor, yielding a song cycle that reveals the septet’s more pastoral and reflective facets. Among the songs included are longstanding live fixtures ‘Snow Globes’ and ‘Basketball Shoes’.
