MF DOOM emerges from seclusion for new collaborative song with BADBADNOTGOOD

Featuring on Grand Theft Auto Online’s forthcoming The Cayo Perica Heist update.

MF DOOM and BADBADNOTGOOD have been revealed as two of the musical artists set to contribute to a forthcoming Grand Theft Auto Online update.

Reassembling for their first pairing since ‘Ray Gun’ from the Canadian trio’s 2014 collaborative album with Ghostface Killah of Wu-Tang Clan fame, ‘The Chocolate Conquistadors’ sees DOOM trace his idiosyncratic lyricism over a searing, funk-laced groove that never loses pace over it’s lengthy seven-minute runtime.

MF DOOM last emerged from seclusion to appear on singles from Bishop Nehru and Rejjie Snow in April and July respectively, whilst BADBADNOTGOOD saxophonist Leland Whitty has remained busy in collaboration with former bandmate Matthew Tavares, who together released their well-received and partially-improvised LP Visionswhich we recently named one of our favourite albums of 2020 – in March.
