Four Tet has made a collaborative album with Madlib

The UK producer confirmed the news in the comment section of a YouTube video stream.

Celebrated UK electronic musician Kieran Hebden has detailed the completion of a new collaborative project.

During a live DJ set being streamed from Hebden’s home, the producer and multi-instrumentalist best known for his work under the moniker of Four Tet took to the video’s chat feed to announce a forthcoming collaborative album with lauded Los Angeles beatsmith Madlib.

The two musicians have crossed paths previously, with Hebden providing remixes of songs from Madlib’s seminal 2004 collaborative album with the elusive MF DOOM, though the recent news will mark the pair’s first full-length project together.
