Pink Siifu and Fly Anakin convene for new collaborative album, share second preview

The looming album taps appearances from Madlib, Ahwlee, Budgie and more.

Baltimore and Richmond-based MCs Pink Siifu and Fly Anakin have convened to share details of a forthcoming collaborative album.

Entitled FlySiifu‘s, the project is noted to be based upon the pair’s concept of a fictional record store sharing the same name, and its announcement succeeds the release of first single ‘Dollar Dr. Dream’ which surfaced in August. Collaborators on the looming album span the full spectrum of the hip-hop genre, with Madlib, Ahwlee, Budgie, Jay Versace, Fousheé and Graymatter among those lending their talents.

A smooth and immersive marriage of potent vocal delivery and jazz-flecked samples, hear new single ‘Richard Pryor’ below.

FlySiifu‘s releases on November 13th via Lex Records. Read more and pre-order the album here.
