The Canadian musician performs ‘I Like Her’ and ‘Fooled By Love’ with accompaniment from Alec Meen and Matthew Eccles.

August 16th saw the first iteration of style figure and internet personality Kerwin Frost’s Telethon Supershow unfold from within the four walls of LA skate Mecca The Berrics.
Featuring live-streamed performances from an eclectic host of musicians, the event was created with an aim to raise funds for Know Your Rights Camp, an organisation whose mission works to advance the liberation and well-being of black and brown communities.
Joining a lineup that included the likes of Beck, Miguel, Kevin Abstract, Kehlani and Grammy award-winning rapper/drummer Anderson .Paak, celebrated singer-songwriter Mac DeMarco seized the opportunity to share full-band performances of two new songs. Accompanied by frequent collaborator Alec Meen and longtime Connan Mockasin drummer Matthew Eccles, DeMarco performed renditions of ‘Salad Days’, ‘Nobody’ and ‘Another One’ alongside new songs ‘I Like Her’ and the previously heard ‘Fooled By Love’.

In addition to direct donations to Know Your Rights Camp remaining open through the Kerwin Frost Telethon Supershow website, an auction page featuring a slew of signed artist memorabilia is also live until August 23rd. Among the items up for grabs are a signed jumpsuit from Brockhampton’s 2018 Love Your Parents tour, signed Fender guitars from Kid Cudi and Mac DeMarco, A$AP Ferg’s 1 of 1 Pelle Pelle jacket and a custom Vespa motor scooter designed by Round Two resale store founder Sean Wotherspoon.
