Featuring Kamasi Washington, Daylyt, Denzel Curry and G Perico.

LA multi-instrumentalist Terrace Martin has shared a powerful new song made in collaboration with Daylyt, Denzel Curry, G Perico and saxophonist Kamasi Washington.
Entitled ‘PIG FEET’, the song was created in response to the recent death of George Floyd and subsequent protesting and riots that have ensued across North America and further afield. A coinciding visual for the song begins with the message “the video to this song is happening right outside your window” before showing footage of the ongoing protests. The clip closes displaying a long list of the names of black men and women who have been killed at the hands of the police, a bleak reminder of the reality that many have and are continuing to groundlessly face.
Speaking of the current climate and new song, Martin states
“Someone asked, how do I feel? I told them hurt, fearless, angry, aware and fully ready to protect me, my family & my people at all cost. I got together with Black men that felt the same way and created a work of truth. PIG FEET.”
