Lauded Brownsville MC Ka has released his seventh studio album Descendants of Cain.
The record marks the rapper’s first under the Ka alias since 2016’s well-received Honor Killed the Samurai and follows his 2018 album Orpheus vs. The Sirens, made in collaboration with producer Animoss.
