Nick Hakim has revealed details of a new album entitled Will This Make Me Good.

The follow-up to Hakim’s critically acclaimed 2017 debut album Green Twins arrives on May 15th after a period that has seen the musician share creative ideas with a broad spectrum of contemporaries including Pink Siifu, Anderson .Paak, Lianne La Havas and the mysterious Slingbaum.

Serving as a pre-cursor to the album’s full release first single ‘Qadir’ captivates over the course of its eight minute build, juxtaposing a delicate compositional framework coloured with psychedelic hues against the New York transplant’s raspy, soulful voice as his ruminations unfurl with a potent and penetrating conviction.
