The rapper and multi-instrumentalist’s fifth studio album releases on May 17.

Following a number of teaser clips that were shared last week, Tyler, The Creator has officially confirmed the imminent release of a new album. Whilst details remain scarce, it has been revealed that the rapper and multi-instrumentalist’s fifth full-length studio effort is titled IGOR and will land on May 17th.

Tyler took to social media channels yesterday, confirming the news in posts that were accompanied by two designs assumed to be the project’s official artwork.

Following the announcement the internet became rife with speculation over who may feature on the forthcoming album. Though it remains unconfirmed Mild High Club, King Krule, Frank Ocean and Solange are among the names considered likely to appear on the release.

Previously, the LA-based artist’s label Sony disclosed financial documentation to the public that made reference to a project from Tyler, The Creator that was yet to materialise, but scheduled for release by June 2019.

Now all that remains to do is sit and wait…
