LA beatsmith Mndsgn has announced a new album.

Entitled Snaxx and noted to be a sequel to 2018’s Snax, the LP features loop-heavy and groove-focused cuts that harken back to the stylistic tendencies of the Stones Throw mainstay’s earlier releases and have remained unreleased, within his vault until now. Collaborators that feature on the forthcoming album include multifaceted MC Pink Siifu and the idiosyncratic Jon Bap.

Discussing the formation of Snaxx, Mndsgn, real name Ringgo Ancheta states

“I think of all the posthumous Dilla leaks, and how I’ve always been just as, if not more inspired by the stuff that was never supposed to come out. Albums should be proper meals, but every now and then a snack can really hold you over.”

Preceding the album’s release, allow the cosmic, heady synths and THC-dusted rhythm of ‘Deviled Eggs’ to transport you to another dimension. Listen below.
