Matt Martians of The Internet has announced the release of a new album entitled The Last Party.

Landing on April 26th, Martians’ second solo foray features contributions from Mac DeMarco, Omar Apollo, Dreamboy Oscar and fellow Internet cohorts Steve Lacy and Patrick Paige II.

Lead single ‘Knock Knock’ precedes the LP’s release, deploying smoky rhodes-style keys, licks of sax and a groove pairing that shifts between languorous and erratic for intoxicating results. Listen below.

The Internet previously acknowledged that new albums would arrive from two band members imminently, though it was not confirmed who at the time. Steve Lacy has since followed the announcement with his amorous new single ‘N Side’.

The Last Party releases on April 26th via 3qtr. Pre-order the bits here.
