The UK producer premieres his new cut between appearances at Coachella.
Four Tet has released a new single entitled ‘Teenage Birdsong’. The multifaceted British producer born Kieran Hebden unveiled his latest work in the midst of appearances at California’s Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.
Glistening, immersive melodies anchored by a hypnotic rhythm, Hebden’s latest offering calls to mind the calming and ruminative tendencies of earlier albums from his repetoire such as Pause and Rounds.

Four Tet’s last full-length studio album was 2017’s New Energy. The following year Hebden reconvened with Swedish singer-songwriter Neneh Cherry for production duties on her universally acclaimed album Broken Politics.
