In June LA’s Inner Wave shared a collaborative single with Shane Blanchard of Bane’s World whilst the two bands were in the thick of an extensive national tour alongside labelmate Michael Seyer. Entitled ‘Whoa’, the song is a languid and synthesizer adorned ode to love, shrouded in the type of effortlessly cool and laid-back sensibility that one would anticipate of a band hailing from the West Coast.
Now, an accompanying visual has been revealed that features direction from Sean Matsuyama of Millennial Films. The clip sees Blanchard and Inner Wave vocalist Pablo Sotelo depicted as lovers speaking over the telephone between a montage of imagery shot during their recent ‘Dog Days’ tour.
