The Blue Marble is the latest single from his upcoming album The Underdog.
Jay Watson has shared a new track and accompanying video from the new album of his solo project GUM. The single entitled ‘The Blue Marble’ sees Watson effortlessly traverse multiple genres whilst the Alex McLaren (ORB, School Damage and The Murlocs) directed visual depicts play-dough characters transported through cosmic dimensions.
Watson, who also plays in Tame Impala and Pond, previously shared ‘The Underdog’ and ‘S.I.A.’ from his upcoming album entitled The Underdog which follows 2016’s Flash In The Pan.
In support of the new release, Gum will open Angel Olsen’s Australian tour dates throughout the first weeks of April followed by dates in the U.S. and Europe. Peep the tour schedule here.
