Aaron Maine, otherwise known as Porches – and formerly stylised Porches. – has been preparing for the January release of his new LP entitled The House and yesterday announced four UK tour dates in support of the record.
To date, Maine has released ‘Country’ and ‘Find Me’ during the buildup to the album’s full release. The two songs offer somewhat of a contrast to one another, particularly in pace, but also demonstrate a clear continuation of the stylistic shift that was seen between the releases of 2013’s Slow Dance In The Cosmos and 2016’s Pool which was largely owed to Maine’s newfound penchant for vintage synthesizers.

April 14th – Glasgow, Mono – Kings Court
April 16th – London, Village Underground
Tickets for Porches’ shows go on sale at 9am (Excluding Bristol’s Rough Trade show which go on sale at 10am) on January 11th.
The House releases on January 19th via Domino Recording Co.
